It was a deeply disappointing experience. I only saw three sales and never received the 4–5 weekly creative art videos I was promised. My account manager was switched midway, and as a small business, we felt overlooked. It was a waste of time and money.

Our experience with Enhencer was extremely disappointing.

Before signing up, we were promised better results and a higher ROAS. When comparing themselves with our previous marketing provider, they described their service as being “in a completely different league.” Based on these assurances, we paid €1,600 for three months of marketing management and later an additional €400 to include Google Ads.

Unfortunately, the campaigns performed poorly from the beginning. We repeatedly raised our concerns, but communication was extremely limited. Unless we arranged an online meeting, we received virtually no updates. Messages often went unanswered, and when they did reply, the response was usually a single sentence with no useful explanation or context. The meetings did not provide satisfactory answers or lead to any meaningful improvement.

Their application dashboard also displayed inaccurate and misleading figures, even after we notified them about the issue. From the start, it appeared that the campaigns would not achieve even the results we had previously managed to generate ourselves. We continued only because we had already paid for three months and hoped they would eventually improve the performance.

To our surprise, shortly before the end of the initial three-month period, another €1,600 was automatically charged to our account. We immediately requested cancellation and a refund. Since then, our messages and emails have been ignored, and we have received no meaningful response regarding the money taken from our account.

One particularly concerning experience occurred during an online meeting when their representative used our computer during the session to submit a positive review for their own service.

Based on our experience, the sales promises were not reflected in either the results or the level of service provided. Communication was poor, performance was disappointing, the reporting data was unreliable, and an additional €1,600 was charged without us knowingly intending to renew the service.

I strongly warn others to stay away from this company and what we consider to be deceptive business practices. Do not let their promises mislead you, and do not fall into the same trap we did. We deeply regret trusting them and would never use their services again.
