Enlistly is the best app for maintaining micro and macro influencers. If only they had a setting for helping with the entitlement of those influencers it would be perfect. But the overall experience is easy and intuitive. You can manage, track, and pay your influencers very easily. Reda is possibly the best customer service agent in the whole world. If I could have at least half her patience I think the world would be a better place.

Installed Enlistly a few weeks ago to kickstart our affiliate program; everything has been great so far—very intuitive backend for both the brand and affiliates, and the support service has been very prompt and helpful. Very user friendly and helpful!! I was able to set up my affiliates with no problem. However, its important to note that on the free plan, you can have 3 affiliates but only one discount code! so make sure you are aware

Enlistly is a great app for getting your start for affiliate marketing. It has everything you need without the huge price tag of other Shopify Apps. You get a single user for their free service so you can work out the details of your marketing campaign before you decide to sign-up for their paid services. Their paid services is only $9/month compared to others which are like $30-$90/month so it's a great deal! For a small business like mine, I wanted something where I can have all the features to track affiliate's stats without making a huge commitment so Enlistly was PERFECT!

I'm not very computer literate and this app is very user friendly. I'm just starting with an affiliate program and with the free option it allows me to try it and get familiar before moving on to the pay version.

A few bugs in the beginning but, customer service helped the sort them out really quickly. The app is easy to set up and works as described.

Hello, I added a new affiliate and when I place an order from its internet link, the money appears on the account of another affiliate. Could you help me solve this problem please? Here is my mail : angeloobelgium@gmail.com

My initial review was left Jan 2019, I have updated it on June 2019.

Developers have offered to help with bulk pay although it's another time consuming process and not readily available to every Enlistly customer as it should be. I'm still not able to bulk pay but will note they provided additional options beyond what's on the platform.

I unfortunately still have one major gripe which prevents this system from being beneficial to me. I'm quite angry at myself for choosing Enlistly and not dumping them when I had fewer affiliates, and equally angry at Enlistly for stringing me along saying they'll implement this basic feature that all their competitors have "soon".

A new affiliate can sign up and tell you what coupon code they want. You have to manually make that coupon code, then assign it to the referral on a separate section of the platform. Other similar apps create the code automatically. This may not sound like much until you've done it 100+ times and stop looking at applications because it takes too long to create coupons only to see if maybe they'll generate sales.

I now have too many affiliates to switch to a better alternative than Enlistly without it being a nightmare. I've asked for 7 months to please be able to automatically create the coupon code the affiliate requests, and I've been strung along saying it would be available soon. I've sent a follow up every month since the initial request and haven't gotten a reply in the past 4 months.

Please do as much research as you can before choosing an affiliate service. Once you're locked in with many affiliates, it becomes a nightmare to switch. I would not recommend this one until they offer automatic coupon code assignment.

didnt work after support took awhile to reply me, then the next reply didnt came despite multiple requesting for help thru email.

Pros:
-Very low price with absolutely no hidden charges
-No limits at all unlike many other affiliate marketing apps (Includes number of affiliates, orders and commissions)
-Affiliates can edit their link to may it conform to their them or their brand
-Tracking, tracking, and more tracking
-Reasonable customer service response time (3-5 hours) in business hours from my experience
-Best referral app I could find for the money after lots of research

Meh:
-Can technically pay affiliates in any way you wish as long as you mark it as paid, however PayPal is integrated

Cons:
-The in-app messaging isn't actual direct messaging it's just a form that sends a regular email for you from your Shopify email address

Overall very underrated app, would recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for. The platform is clean and easy to use for both shops and affiliates. I would love to see a feature to bulk/auto pay affiliates one day! We've just launched, but we're excited to start using it.

A little confusing at first, should be more informative in the beginning (step-by-step guide). Haven't made any affiliate sales through this yet so i don't how if it actually works, but i invited affiliates and the UI is really sleek and lightweight, easy to use once learned

Good setup, but it does'nt work.

PROS
Clean interface.
Easy for affiliates to create custom links to specific products.
Individual Affiliate percentage... for example you can assign at signup 10% and if you have a hot seller you can reward him/her with a custom percentage like 25% while all others would still have 10%.

CONS
It's really hard to tell if it's working properly. They don't give you any link activity. The dashboard only shows order totals based off commissions earned so there's really no indication that it's syncing to your store. Maybe have a real store total of sales... Total of Sales based off of what your affiliates sold...

You don't have the ability to assign a banner to a different product... Not all banners I would want to point to the main page making customers search for the product in the banner.

No bulk export for PayPal mass pay.

Feels very light weight (in a good way) super easy to use.
