This shipping app has a great feature that allows me to exclude products from the shipping bar based on the product or tags. We really needed this feature, and the app is a great fit for us. However, there was a small issue with the free shipping bar function, so I sent an email. The customer support team responded quickly, and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. Thank you so much. the app works great from the bat, but to personalise it a bit and make it look more like my shop I needed to make some tweaks. I did a fair bit my own, but couldn't get the classes right. Over the course of an entire afternoon the team has helped me tremendously. Unique to find such support! I now have a solidly working shipping bar that works per country! Awesome.
