Hemos tenido problemas con al app. Varias veces hace mal el calculo de las fechas y eso nos ha traido problemas con los clientes. Hemos marcados que calcule dias habiles sin contar sabados y domingos, y muchas veces lo calcula de corrido, o no nos deja fecha en el pedido. Algunas veces funciona bien y otras mal. No sabemos como solucionar los problemas

I had an issue with EDD+ disappearing from my storefront when a new variant is selected - I couldn't figure out myself how to re-load the app every time this happened.
Initially the team were of the impression this couldn't be fixed, but this didn't stop them trying!
A few emails later to understand the situation and we now have a delivery countdown timer that stays put.
Stellar customer service - we were kept informed of what they were doing every step of the way.
Would highly recommend to anyone!
It's might be good for the simplest shops but not for the even medium.
The main issue the app fully ignored connection to the shipping profiles which is crucial for defining the estimated delivery.
Also there is an issue with product templates: if you have more than one (default) product template, it's gonna work only in the (seems) random one. There is no way to it will work in other templates. Maybe some coding would help though.
If your shop is small enough, without shipping profiles, without product templates - then it's gonna perfect for you. Free plan is generous and the visual part is good enough.
Excellent product. I needed a way for my customers to see approximate time frames their orders would arrive. Works great. I also got super fast, detailed customer support when trying to make one product different from the rest.
I have been using this for over a year now and love how sleek the design is. Also, not to mentioned that the loading speed is so fast. Doesn't slow down the page like other app at all.
Function wise: 9/10
Usability wise: 10/10
Design wise: 9.5/10 ( can add more template for the delivery)
Customer support: 10/10 - Response extremely quick whenever I have questions

I love this app and the quick support. I have been using the free version for one country and now have upgraded for multiple countries and it gives the customers an amazing experience and trust. I do recommend.
Despite the benefit of the app that increased our conversion rate for the store and deliver a great information yet simple for the customers, I'm here to write about the great customer support and how fast they are in dealing with issues, they are very professional and I recommend everyone to download this app and use it's great features.

We had a minor problem with the app, contacted the coder support team, they literally respond in 10 minutes and solve the problem in an hour with minimum hassle. I really wanted to share this review because, you know, I asked them this and that. explain it with 2-3 sentences. They understand and respond correctly and prompltly.
Overall easy to use and nice display on our product page. They have extremely fast response time for support and provide effective results. Thank you!
