Hemos tenido problemas con al app. Varias veces hace mal el calculo de las fechas y eso nos ha traido problemas con los clientes. Hemos marcados que calcule dias habiles sin contar sabados y domingos, y muchas veces lo calcula de corrido, o no nos deja fecha en el pedido. Algunas veces funciona bien y otras mal. No sabemos como solucionar los problemas

We had a minor problem with the app, contacted the coder support team, they literally respond in 10 minutes and solve the problem in an hour with minimum hassle. I really wanted to share this review because, you know, I asked them this and that. explain it with 2-3 sentences. They understand and respond correctly and prompltly.

Been using this app for two years and it has been effortlessly informing my customers of the expected delivery and the app fees are reasonable too, wasn’t expecting much from customer service but the support team completely exceeded my expectations, even going as far as to provide a demonstration video upon my request for a guide so I can do it myself in future.

I had an issue with EDD+ disappearing from my storefront when a new variant is selected - I couldn't figure out myself how to re-load the app every time this happened.

Initially the team were of the impression this couldn't be fixed, but this didn't stop them trying!

A few emails later to understand the situation and we now have a delivery countdown timer that stays put.

Stellar customer service - we were kept informed of what they were doing every step of the way.

Would highly recommend to anyone!

Unhelpful, we faced multiple issues and we really couldn't understand how to fix it - we have vendor tags and each vendor tag had a different timeline

All the help I received, was not helpful.

Great App! does exactly what is says and the support team is very effective. Prompt response and were willing to deal with enquiries swiftly! If you're looking to show estimated delivery dates in your store, this is the way to go!

Brilliant support & works perfectly!
I had an issue with my estimated delivery date not showing and reached out to their support team on a Saturday evening — they replied within a minute and solved my problem instantly. Absolutely fantastic support system and the app does exactly what I need. Highly recommend!

Honestly not the best customer service. A bit rude and abrupt. I initially had my own trust badges and asked if they could remove it for me (did not know how to) and I emailed asking if they could help again. The reply was "you can do that yourself. see below." - no hello nothing.

Update: following my honest review the widget has suddenly “disappeared”…. It is active but disappeared from the store. Definitely a strange experience all together. Feeling very uncomfortable. Would definitely not recommend after this. After having a bad experience with them they will deactivate your widget. The customer service was one thing but this?! Just proved my customer service point. Who “punishes” their customers?

1. Your store is currently under protection and we cannot view the product page. So we can't help you with trust badge issues;

2. Our app is an estimated arrival date app. What you are describing is a trust badge issue. We are unable (not authorized) to provide you with any help. The best way is that you need to contact the corresponding trust badge developer customer service support to solve your problem. Because they know their applications best.

1. After the user installs our application, we will never operate any configuration of the user (unless the user authorizes us to operate).

2. The problem you describe: The problem that appears in your store is that you subscribe to the Free plan and only have a quota of 100 products (and only 100 products will display the widget normally).

Your store has over 150+ products in total. The widget will not be displayed for products with more than 100 products.
