Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

This is a necessity to keep the inventory synced up between two stores. Initial training was personalized and shown directly on my computer screen. The presenter was very patient with me trying to navigate my way through a new program. It has so many features that were shown to me that I am on information overload. I think I definitely chose the right program for my two stores.

App works well and once you get the hang of it, it functions exactly as required. The support is fantastic and has helped me several times. Their help menus could be better written for some of the harder to use features to save their support team questions that should be answered within the app. I would recommend it.

My customer support is Hem. The DPL software appears seamless. Hem helped me through the setup procedure as I was held up on deciding how to set my shipping as it's international. Hem was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and made it an easy integration. Thank you for your support.

Wow- I hate installing new aps then fumbling around. I scheduled a free 30 min session and we blasted through setup and I am off to the races. Honestly I wish every app on Shopify had this level of customer support. And the actual functionality is awesome.

Have only been using the app for a short time, but my experience so far has been wonderful. Uploading my products to etsy has been very easy.

Had a small problem uploading 3 items, and they were able to help me solve it very quickly. it was as simple as the metadata still had not synced correctly yet.

Looking forward to using this app for a long time.

Ronex was helpful with trying to get our Etsy shop set up. I have a few connectivity problems on our end and was patient through the process.
We will continue with Ronex with any future enquiries.

Hem has helped my thru understanding what to do in syncing my Shopify Products with my Etsy Products. He stayed with me as I had a hard time understanding the SKU, etc. but now I have the ability to work on it more! Thank you so much, Brenda

I AM VERY IMPRESSED HOW EASY THIS IS and it so quick as well. I'm used to setting up apps with shopify but I must say . Krishna was on hand within a few minutes & helped me understand clearly how things worked, he was very patient & gave me simple instruction on how to do things . I had problems with the app overwriting my Etsy descriptions. The support team was very helpful and was able to resolve my problem within the settings. I am very satisfied with the results.
