Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I have recently installed the app, and it took hardy few minutes to understand the sync process. The app is very user friendly and working perfectly for me

I went through 3 trial periods before this tool was set up by their tech team. The feed still did not work and when I asked for it to be fixed they sent me instructions to do it myself. Not what I call good customer service and the UI is antiquated.

yes I like it. It's easy to import the products from etsy and it found the products I uploaded manually and there was no conflict.
It would be better if I could only select the Sections that I specified on etsy as a collection.

I added this app for my Google Feed and Linkshare feed. Service has been excellent and it was so easy to install and I would 100% recommend this app.

There were mutiple problems and their personel are only train on how to connect you and not troubleshooting. But the worst was when couldn't upload for a week. They blamed it on Etsy token revoked. It was because the shop name in Etsy had changed and needed to be re-connected to Etsy with new shop name. I found this out on my own. But they were so quick to blame Etsy they never checked. Very poor ...

Easy to use App, but it does have it's own issues that need manual tending. Automatation would have been much nicer to have. I use it for my Etsy store, but unable to have a smooth Google shopping connection. Amazon would also be good to have, but it is not yet available. JASPER is very customer friendly, even at wee hours of the morning losing sleep time to take my call. I appreciate his efforts ...

The app is well thought out and works very well. You can easily add products to Etsy and sync them. Also, a very good support team that really takes an interest in you and want to really help. Overall, support and the app at least six stars and not just five.
