I was having a lot of trouble setting up my shipping with Etsy. The customer service from this shopify (sync with Etsy) app was wonderful. The representative was so helpful and really showed me as a new business owner some valuable tools with the app while getting the solution for the shipping issue.
I highly recommend this app!
I am very pleased with the app and Surya Shrestha is a great support guy. Thanks, Surya for a great job and for your help.
Hi Enchant Queens. Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We are glad to know that Surya was able to help you with your queries regarding the app.

Given that Amazon creates a lot of friction, ExportFeed does what they can to help you get your products online, as soon as possible.
Horrible support. Just uninstalled today. The interface is clunky, and it has been a week and still no feed was setup. Customer support has stopped responding.
Look elsewhere.
Only the operator can upload some products hard. Although variants are displayed in the products, but no more pictures except the main picture.
I was told that they are still working on the Etsy Channel. I find it quite inappropriate to deduct the amount for a whole year for an app that is not ready yet.
The "Premium" support is friendly but that does not help if the promises of the app are not met.
Anyway, I've been trying to upload my products to Etsy for almost a week - with no real success.
The promises on the website of the operator have not been respected !!!
100 bucks in the sand for almost nothing! I can only warn!
Hi there,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the variants, there are limitations in the Etsy API and we've regularly been updating our app as far as their API allows.
As for the images, Etsy allows to upload up to 10 images including the feature image. We had experienced the image upload issue but that has already been solved through the re-upload feature that we've added.
If you'd like, we can help you to upload your products to Etsy during a free demo session also.
Regards
In the beginning I was very confused and I gave up. The support team reached out to me via email and google chat and LITERALLY walked me thru the ENTIRE process!!!!!!! 7 star review. Darpan was a great help and spent a lot of time assisting us as we navigated the system. Download this app!! This is the one you need.

Surya was incredibly helpful and patient while helping me set up my integration. Thanks to stellar customer service, I just started using this app and I'll confirm my subscription.
Spent weeks trying to get the products to link with between Shopify and Etsy and it never worked. We had all our SKU, Product titles, variant titles, qty, and prices that match exactly and it never would link. Support is horrible and they kept telling us they would respond and no one would respond. Chat is fast to respond, but often that ended with them telling us they needed to have a developer help, and then nothing would happen. I would not recommend this app. We also had orders that failed to transfer over so we had to manually process orders.
I tried Export Feed, Codisto then finally Koongo. Koongo was by far the simplest to set up and sync so I went with that. This one does work as does Codisto. i would download all 3 and see which one you prefer. I would think Koongo would be best for the vast majority.
Setup was easy, but don't make the mistake that I did. Shopify overwrites everything in Etsy, which is great to start, but I spent hours making edits directly in Etsy after the initial sync (tags, etc.) only to have it all wiped away because I had a box checked in settings that was easily overlooked. Good support, but a hard lesson to learn so I will be keeping them separate.
