I use the app to seamlessly upload my listings to etsy in bulk. I've always found it user-friendly and performs without glitches. When I used the live chat feature, the reps were friendly and helped me resolve quickly, it was so nice to talk to real person and not an automated service!
Ritik Rajput was helpful and solved my issue. He was able to offer a solution to my issue and was thorough in his response.
Relatively straightforward to use when you begin to get your head around it, but customer support is there instantly in the chat box if you ever get stuck, very unusual indeed and very welcome. Would recommend
I had the best experience with Ritik. He took me through the setup of the CedEtsy app, the importing and exporting of products---all of it. He took something difficult and broke it down into manageable pieces, and he was extremely patient in the process! I am very thankful and will be calling Ritik or his teammates again the next time I need help! They are great, and the application is amazing.

Great app and great customer services had lots of products to delete off the app and messaged for help within a few minutes all items were deleted. thank you for all the help.
