Excellent customer service that is readily available to resolve any issues you encounter. Great chat service and makes integration from Shopify to Etsy much faster than doing it manually on Etsy.
So far so good. I started with the free to test and quickly moved to the first tier. I've had to reach out to customer support multiple times and they have been great and SUPER QUICK ! Update: Continue to get great support and super fast!

I worked with Adarsh because I was having a hard time understanding how to use the app and how to connect my products to my Etsy store. Adarsh was very kind, patient and thorough and helped walk me through the correct process to get everything setup correctly.
If you want to sell on Etsy than this App is all you need! Do not waste time with other Apps. The customer support is very fast and very helpful. I recommend to everyone.
