What a fantastic support team, such a joy dealing with the team based in India. They were kind, patient and super smart ad very global, clearly making every effort to understand my frustration from my perspective even though it is easy to use once you are shown how. I was almost giving up, I loath apps that need a lot of effort. I dont mind paying subs etc, but it has to work and be slick; I have a job already, and I buy apps to offshore/outsource problems etc. The team in India was so brilliant in helping me onboard, so much so that I subscribed straight away so the exec team can see the impact of having great support in place. Highly recommended because of the support.

The tech support is amazing! I was having some trouble figuring out why some of my items were not synching but Ardash set me up with a simple template that fixed the problem in minutes. I might have otherwise given the app 4 stars, but their free service more than makes up for any complexity issues.

I have been lucky enough to be able to get support from Adarsh on multiple occasions! I am super new to Etsy integration and feel so lost but Adarsh has been incredibly helpful and after a couple of days away from getting everything set up, I had to contact support again for more help. Thinking I would get a whole new person again, I was suprised and so happy to see Adarsh was on the other side again to help me! Highly recommend!!

The app has worked fine for me. I did have issues with listing the products, there were some errors, and I was having hard time, but Ritik patiently helped me out with every query I had. I must say this is the first time I have ever experienced a support team who really is nice, patient and care about their client's need.

Ever since I downloaded this app my life has changed! the way I mange all of my stores became much easier. The integrating process is smooth is easy, and helps you manage your platforms without issues. The customer support is amazing, they are available for you 24/7 with skilled developers and support agents. At first, I tried to use the Shopify marketplace connector app. It was my worst mistake, when I initiated the integration, it messed up my whole store! they didn't have any support to help me solve this problem. Luckily, CedCommerce team stepped in and helped me with solving the issue. I am more than happy.

The app was a bit overwhelming/confusing at first. But customer support was very fast and very helpful (and patient with me). Thanks to their customer support I better understand how to setup everything and now my Etsy and Shopify Store have synced listings and tracks my inventory as orders come in. It is also great that I can update Shopify and then have Etsy synced to reflect the changes (instead of manually doing this work twice).

The app is very useful and it saves me a lot of time, although I think it can be improved. For example, have the possibility to delete products manually from the product section of the app which for the time being not possible. Also, I think the interface can be improved the product section is a bit messy, hard to navigate and view the products. But overall it does the job and saves time.

Best in the business. They offer EVERYTHING you need to sync to Etsy. Many of the apps on here are limited in one way or another. Customer service is AWESOME! They respond to you right away and are extremely helpful. You get what you pay for.

We've been a customer of CedCommerce for about a year and it is one of the best performing apps on our Shopify store. On the few occassions that we have required help sorting out an order, they have been very quick to answer and resolve the issues - always been pilot error on our part. This is very helpfull when you're under a time pressure to get orders fulfilled and can't see what you've done wrong. The app is very easy to use once you understand some basics and has reduced our time in fulfilling orders to a minimum. This app just works - does what it says on the tin. 10/10 for customer support - at any time of the day.
