Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

I just started using the app and am one who doesn't like to read directions. I kind of wing it and I got stuck this weekend. utkarsh helped me immediatly via chat and solved my problems for me quickly. With Black Friday around the corner I am beyond grateful and relieved. 5 stars for Sure and 10 for service. Update 12/21/20 - I continue to be pleased with the immediate service and the level of help I receive - I wish there were some things I could do my self, but I grateful for the always prompt responses.

I used this after it had been installed by another. I was adding new products to our Etsy account. I asked for help and they were extremely clear with their advice. They even directed me to something to fix to improve the integration that should have been previously done. Thanks

This app has been great; easy to use, and the support is absolutely amazing. Shubham & Aman sat with me for over 4 hours in chat walking me through every step and helping me set this up correctly for our shop. I cannot believe the level of support they offer, it's unbelievably AMAZING! I had a lot of products to move over, and they actually came back to check on me multiple times and even gave me a break from uploading! Don't do what I did!
I tried 5 different apps before finding this one. They where buggy. Service was poor or non-existent. These guys are on the ball! You know that thing where you have a problem with a app and go to the chat widget but get a response like "We will contact you in 48 hours". That never happens with this app. Someone is always there ready and happy to help. As soon as you log in to the app you will be able to tell right away that it was designed by professionals. Everything is smooth and works the way you would want it to. So don't do what I did. Start with this app and never look back!
