Event Ticketing has worked perfectly for our needs putting on a Drive-In movie experience and hosting events. Customer service is EXCEPTIONAL-- haven't received quick and helpful responses like that from any company before. Highly recommend for your ticketing needs.

Product works perfectly. Not sure if it is Shopify or not, but getting it set up with Shopify is a tad confusing but the folks who own and operate this app are wonderful to assist. Buy with confidence.

The app in general is excellent for event companies and hv many customisation. Our staff also enjoys using the scanner, it is faster and can also do offline scanning.

We manage events and sell tickets on shopify and were looking for a good way to handle check in as well as attendee management. We checked out other apps and previously used some event software designed just for event management. We found limitations with the original event software so we moved to Shopify and installed Event Ticketing. We're very happy with it and the support has been fantastic! ...

We were able to sell a good amount of tickets, and were generally quite happy with the app. However, the level of service was not there.

Jeff seems like the only person who can help but he is often busy and cannot/won't look at your issue for months (5 months and counting). For the money paid, I just couldn't justify it and looked elsewhere.

My experience with this app so far has been great. Cost is reasonable compared to other apps I researched and the app is relatively easy to use. Experienced a challenge while setting up recurring dates and Jeff was a great support - got back to me quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions.

This app completely changed our admission process, and it was very easy to set up. When I did have questions, the developer was super responsive. In fact, I suggested a change, and app made update within two days. I would high recommend.
