Merchants appreciate this app for its ease of use, effective customer support, and seamless Shopify integration. It is versatile in managing various events, including virtual and professional sports, with features like efficient check-in and ticket management. The responsive design ensures functionality across devices, and it is noted for competitive pricing and good value.
Priced well and works for most of our needs, though there are some flaws in the UI that inhibit functionality and haven't been resolved after reporting them 14+ months ago (can't add user from a mobile phone because the chat button blocks the Send button, as another user review reported below). We also struggled with custom uses like multi-date events where we want variants listed on the Shopify product page but don't want/need a full blown calendar or date-picker on the page, or want pricing to change if they choose more than 1 date, but we are slowly figuring out workarounds.
Overall it's a good app for the pricing and their customer service is typically responsive within a day, even if actual issue resolution takes longer.

"Availability date function isn't working at this time." So why are we paying this app if we have to manually activate or deactivate the event whenever it is needed or change the inventory to stop customer from buying it?
This is the second promising feature which is not working. It's very disappointing to choose an app with promised features that don't work once you've made the purchase.
