The app is very basic, and very easy to use. It allows customers or you as an admin to enter testimonials which can be embedded on the homepage which you scroll through, and/or on an independent testimonials page. Overall, it works pretty well and offers what I'm looking for for a good price. Here are the downsides

1. Very few things you can customize. They have a few different templates for the reviews, and you are not able to edit them. Some colours you can change, but some you can't. Can't edit slide speed (you can only enable/disable it altogether)

2. Had some theme-specific issues with integration. The testimonial script was partially overlaying my footer and could not fix this without liquid code modifications

3. There are some bugs. For example, it doesn't populate apostrophes in the text. They'll automatically be removed. Also had title-naming related issues. Wasn't allowing me to put 'Testimonials' as a title but other titles working fine.

Overall a good basic app though

A really cool App. I have just installed the apps and using testimony sliders to showcase product review on my store on homepage. I really like the app so far and looking forward to test the other features this app has to offer. Aside from the cool features the app offers, I am really happy with the service of the team. I would definitely recommend!!

This developer upgrades your subscription with no notice and gives you no option to opt out. I spent over 2 weeks in correspondence with the developer to change my plan back to the pro plan, which I had not exceeded any requirements for. The developer delayed and claimed I had exceeded an order limit, of which I am nowhere near! I was almost forced to pay an excessive amount of money for a plan I don’t need. Additionally, the testimonials glitch constantly. Mine were meant to display as a carousel and at times would display vertically on the screen, one after the other, forcing customers to scroll for ages. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Testimonials look great on my website! I had some trouble integrating the app at first, but support was timely and very helpful!

Credens is a really well thought out app. Support are responsive to customers needs also. Previously it had a limitation which mean't I couldn't use it (the review emails were being sent out relative to order placed rather than order fullfillment date), but credens took on board the feedback and actually over delivered with a solution that actually added a lot more useful functionality. Some additional testing was required however as the added components did not work initially. This mean't that the app did not work for several months
