Hands down - One of the best apps in the Shopify store - without their comprehensive exports (which I then consume in PowerBi) I would have not been able to clean up our store's database (which consists of 10's of thousands of products and orders) in such a short time. Along with that - their customer support (which at times is within a few minutes) and help in providing me with answers to my questions - is probably the best out there. Thank you so very much Team Matrixify!!!
For your backlog - create an app that tracks a history of all changes to my products that I can export :-)

About your suggestion for product change history tracking - a basic perspective of Products changes can be seen in the "Activity" export. But we have written from our Support to your e-mail to find out more about your needs.

Lots of import/export options and filtering. Ability to schedule automatic imports and exports daily. Its great if you need to automatically update inventory or pricing daily from a CSV or Excel file. It can login and read/write to an FTP server as well.

Matrixify is a "can't live without" app... it not only significantly accelerates your workflow, but it is also intuitive, accurate, and robust. Whether it's projects as large as transferring product catalogs (complete with meta/custom fields) into Shopify via APIs, or as small as exporting a collection of SKUs, it's reliable, easy to use, and efficient.

This app will mess up your data. Then when you don't use it/uninstall it they threaten to freeze your Shopify. Can't reach anyone. Take it from a certified data specialist...don't use.

I am writing to formally address a serious issue caused by your company with my account, which was frozen despite my attempts to resolve the matter. I was charged $20 for a service I did not use, and the product caused significant data issues. Despite notifying your team of these problems, my account continue to be held hostage until the disputed charge is paid.
I request an immediate refund of the $20 and stay away from my account. Failure to address this promptly will result in this review remaining public. I am disappointed by the lack of accountability and urge you to rectify this situation to restore trust.

Prior to the app store review, our team received one support ticket which did not explain the issues with the app in the store or charges in the store. Our team had replied to that ticket 20 minutes after it was received but we did not hear any response back. Without further context or details we could not know of the scope of the issues with the app charges in your store.
After the review was placed we again tried to contact merchant via multiple email addresses we could find linked to the store, from one of which the merchant replied to us to provide more context only on the charges but not what was the actual issue with the app in the store.
The app charges in the store are managed by Shopify automatically. The store was not being "held hostage" by our team. Shopify charges the store automatically and if the Shopify bill is not paid the Shopify automatically might froze the store until any outstanding Shopify bills are paid. We as an app developer do not have ability to see or affect these unpaid/pending Shopify bills in your store.
Once the app charges were paid we issued refund for them after which we have tried to contact the store multiple times but have not received any responses.
Our team is still hopeful to resolve the negative review and help you to correct errors and issues you have in your import file so that you can use the app to the fullest. Please reply to our support emails so we can further assist you with the app and resolve any outstanding issues.
It makes everything so much easier, especially when I need specific collections based on minor differences. I can't imagine managing my store without it.

Matrixify is a lifesaver. It allows me to upload and modify thousands of products and collections quickly and securely. If there are any errors, the import history makes it easy to fix them right away. It automates and streamlines the product upload process, making it much more efficient

For all the times that Shopify reports fail, this app has your back. We installed it just to import our Magento information. But it was so useful we still have it 2 years later. Our accounting department uses this daily and will never give it up.

It's so rewarding to see that our work makes sense to you, and even your accounting. Actually, when we develop Exports, we always have that perspective in mind - to be able to use as reports, have the values summable, groupable, e.g. for Pivot tables.
