This app is AMAZING! ☝️ I’m a new user coming over from Wordpress and am used to a lot of control. I have worked with many different spreadsheets over the years and was completely baffled why I couldn’t simply upload my products from a simple CSV file. After many attempts and edits I finally contacted support and was helped for over an hour to do this. Great help on Shopify’s end but they couldn’t figure it out either. Their tech gurus were supposed to dig into it and email me back. So rather than wait I had remembered that I had downloaded a trial of Matrixify and figured I’d give it a try. I honestly hadn’t read much of the documentation but had seen a few short videos. OMG ⚡️ it worked the FIRST TIME! Wow I’ve been using it ever since to fix and update things I’d missed in my initial update and again it’s unbelievable how it works and it’s so easy! I’ve never been able to upload any information from a spreadsheet without EVERYTHING needing to be in the exact columns and format. I’m now looking forward to using this for some automation and backups. DON’T HESITATE TO USE THIS! It’s one of the most useful tools I’ve ever used! Thank you again Renars for your amazing support also! By the way support did get back to be and they still didn’t have a solution. So I filled them in on this and told them they should add it to the main admin! Very pleased in Oregon!

This app is by far the best app I used on Shopify. It is a bit pricy if you have a large inventory but definitely worth it because it covers everything that you would expect Shopify to cover in the first place, when it comes to updating any part of your store.
They also have state-of-the-art documentation and super responsive customer communication. I know I sound like a little fake when I write like this but I am sure you will understand me once you start to use their services. I am a big fan now, after interacting with them on and off since last year.

Got e-mailed and phoned after describing my problem in this review. After having a talk with support, we are looking into my issues. Thumbs up.
I have been using the Bulk Import Export Update with Excel app for the past week and it is by far the best import/export app for Shopify. We have a lot of metafields for our products and the app handles those perfectly, allowing us to bulk update metafield data on import. When you run a full export (you can choose what you want to export), it combines all of the product data and metafield data in to a single file. This is also a great way to do a complete product backup of your store. The app also provides downloadable error reports on export and import and let’s you know how long the process will take and the remaining time to completion. Their support is truly excellent. Using the chat system within the app, within a few seconds someone is there to help and answer any questions. All in all, a fantastic app. This one will go in our Top 10 apps!
A must-have application, you will find it very helpful if you are doing extensive work with your store.

The best APP I have never seen before, Maris give excellent support, he offers more of you can expect, we teach you other thinks even if are not of his app,
This App will help you to solve any problem you have with your inventories, or any issue you have, easy to use in excel, you can manage all the information, make any filter and edit everything.
Very recommendable, I fix all the problems I have and still with the app for any inconveniences I could have, I can set very quickly.
App does many things that today shopify store owners are doing buying several app being yours alone doing the same thing.
initially I thought to use it for a couple of months, but now that I know it a little more, it is indispensable for me, and I will never stop using it, unless I close my store
