Matrixify

The documentation for Matrixify is incredibly thorough! I was able to successfully migrate my Woocommerce products, customers, and orders to my new Shopify shop. I did have a few questions in the beginning, just to double-check that I understood everything correctly, and customer service response was prompt and helpful.

If I could give this app 10+ stars I would! There are other apps which aid in a migration, which is what I used this for, but the other apps aren't very mature in terms of being able to capture ALL the data. The other problem is that the data has to sit somewhere while being migrated (on other apps). If you just export (on the old store) to all the defaults and import (to the new store) using this app on both stores, you'll see it does an INCREDIBLE job! I was extremely impressed.. you can export metafields and weird data chunks that you wouldn't think you needed - but you do - when migrating. A must-have App for that activity. It's also useful as a backup too - I see other backup systems out there, but this one would work great to keep a copy of your data locally should something bump into your store.

Amazing tool, couldn't operate my business without it. We have a store with over 5k items and love the ease of use.

I do not recommend it for me. I have updated my rating from one star to four. This system requires advanced knowledge to navigate effectively, and I initially struggled with the CSV and RSS feed data. So, if you think it's plug-in-playplay. It is not. You will need some advanced knowledge.

This app is exceptional. It has saved days and days of manual product updates. The app is slick, intuitive and the documentation is very concise.

We thought that would be it but then we found it invaluable in ongoing maintenance of our product catalog and adding new products in bulk. It is now an essential part of our Shopify toolkit.

Saves a lot of time! Moving from BigCommerce to Shopify was initially daunting, and I was skeptical about paying for a subscription for what seemed like just importing and exporting CSV files. However, the service proved to be well worth it. It streamlined the entire process, saving hours of manual work and ensuring everything was transferred accurately. Highly recommend for anyone switching platforms!

Matrixify has helped with our transition from a different platform. It continues to help us find and fix issues.

The app works really well and I appreciate that the customer support team is very responsive. I've spoken to both Renars and Rebecca and both have always gone above and beyond with additional support whenever needed! Its also really cool that they have a Slack channel to further assist with communication. Using Matrixify has no doubt saved me hours!

Could'nt live without it. Too many products and smart categories to manage manually.

I had 1,500 old orders to import from a Wordpress ecommerce site. The Matrixify app did an excellent job and now all of my old orders are in my Shopify site. It wasn't easy, though. VERY steep learning curve to get my data formatted in a spreadsheet correctly. But when I had a question, the staff responded immediately and helpfully. So overall it's a really great app but it's mighty complex for the average user.
