Merchants value this app for efficiently managing large product catalogs, especially with thousands of SKUs. It's praised for bulk importing, exporting, and editing product data, including prices and images, and handling complex data operations like metafields. The app is reliable and stable, seamlessly managing large data sets. Merchants appreciate the quick and accurate assistance from the AI chatbot and customer support, enhancing the user experience.
Such a useful tool to have if you have a medium-to-large size catalog. Just now, I used to add a new tag / tag value to all products. Without matrixify, its so cumbersome in shopify to do something like what I just did. But with Matrixify, it was just three columns in excel: Variant SKU, tags, and tags command (MERGE function - to merge the new tag into the existing list of tags). If you're looking for a product-data management solution... matrixify was the answer for us! One last comment: Their AI-chatbot is money! I can never remember all the command functions, so I often ask it what to use, explaining that I am trying to update a metafield or whatever - the answers are quick, show clear understanding, and the answers are right.

Great App, Simple, Powerful, and gets what you need done.
One issue is with exporting companies. If you have over 500 companies, then you need to pay for the most expensive plan.
EDIT: One day after leaving a review, they shipped a new feature that lets you filter which companies you want to export! Incredable

Thank you so much for your nice review. About the Companies - it is hopefully a good coincidence that we are already working on the feature to allow to apply filters when exporting Companies - that will allow you to work with a smaller set of Companies without the need to upgrade.
We will let you know as soon as it's done.
Very powerful tool. It can be a bit finicky getting the column names perfect, and the documentation kind of sucks, but once you get it dialed in it works great for not only import large batches of products, but also quickly bulk editing them as well. Would highly recommend.

But seriously, if you have a suggestion how to make the documentation better, please, write to our Support, we are very open to improving it. It's honestly challenging to organize so much information about each column, and how they fit together - we tried many ways. One of the ways is just to ask our AI Assistant Maibo.
