Great customer service, super useful app if you do anything that differs even slightly from what Shopify was "made for". Wouldn't be able to run my business without it.

Just started to use this app - but it's saving me time and will save more time as the business grows. The customer service has been excellent and very quick to respond.

This app has been a lifesaver since we've been doing Ecommerce. We have been using this app for the last few years across all of our stores. Recently we built a new store for a different brand and the freight carrier needed for us to import information in a specific way. Not only did this app made it easy for us to export orders to match the criteria, Menelaos went above and beyond to add some customizations to it so we will minimize our risk of error. We have saved hours each day and potential errors from this app. Over the few years Menelaos has always been open for feedback and always improving his app and products base on his customers feedback. I believe he has the best app for exporting information from Shopify because its simple, easy to use, and he is always making changes that the customers like us need...and he does it FAST. Thank you so much!

We've just started using OrderPro and so far have been super impressed. I wanted to find a way to prevent daily order reports from being created if no orders had been placed that day. I emailed support to ask if this was possible and within minutes got a reply.

Turned out it wasn't possible but to my amazement, the developers quickly added it as a piece of functionality. The speed and responsiveness of the team was very impressive and the app is now working perfectly.

This app works perfekt! Way better solution than Inetgromat or Zapier. It is easy to use and when there is a problem, the support is really fast and helpful.
I had 2 specific problems on 2 of my stores and everytime the support helped me really well with it.
5/5 stars, would highly recommend it to anyone!

The ability to configure and manage multiple reports works great. This team was also very responsive and quick about resolving a bug that impacted our report formats. Thank you!

Absolute game changer for us. There are many order processing apps out there but none have the capability to output the product variant thumbnail with the order database. This has allowed our fulfilment team to have another layer of quality assurance to double check the product going out, against the product bought, rather than having to only rely on a product name and code. Well done on a great automated app!

Love this app. Does exactly what I need it to. I use it for downloading CSV files to send my suppliers.
