We've been working with Extend for a bit over a year and overall they have been really great. We have had a few instances where they denied a claim for seemingly no reason, because the customer was within the appropriate timeframe and eligible for the claim (whether it be a ring resize or repair), and unfortunately they tell the customer that it's something that our company should cover when it ...
Our experience has been great with Extend. The team is responsive and works closely with our developers on integrations and setup. The only reason that I gave Extend 4 stars is that the process for servicing has been a bit all over the place, that is because we require our products to be only serviced at our servicing locations which adds a layer of complexity to the flow.
