I had an interesting experience with this product. It was quite frustrating that the app was difficult to set up, and that it requires coding from the purchaser. As well, the fact that it requires a special setup for drafts is not ideal. Most people, I feel, would want to test a product out before it goes live in a store.
However, the service has been exceptional. I planned to cancel my subscription, but customer service got back to me in 5 minutes and solved all of my problems in the next 15 minutes. So that is what kept me on the plan.
