I can't say enough about the customer service. I was struggling to map the fields and was about to give up, but Elizabeth was kind enough to do the mapping for me! Now the app works exactly the way I need and is going to make organizing my partnerships and their orders much easier. Highly recommend. Thank you!

It's not cheap, even after special pricing for volume, but it's a solid app that does exactly what it advertises.
After a few days of cleaning and arranging our data and a couple of quick fixes helped by the solid support, we had no trouble importing ~90k orders into Shopify in about 36 hours.
One suggestion: let us input default values for fields directly from mapping, so we don't have to add for example a long column with the same country code in every cell. But still 5* and highly recommended for big order imports.
Really good app. Had some issues trying to set up the import correctly, but they offer an amazing customer service. Elizabeth really helped me figuring out the best way to import our orders from our old Shopify account to the new one.
This app is remarkable! It delivers on what it says it will, is very easy to use, and the support is off the charts in terms or responsiveness, friendliness, and prompt issue resolution/troubleshooting.

A lifesaver! I needed to take an external excel sheet that was ONLY names and addresses (thousands of them) and turn it into actual orders in my Shopify store. Their support team (shout out to Elizabeth!) helped me every step of the way. It's not like some apps where you have to "learn the app" - they do all of the footwork for you. They answer emails promptly and work diligently until your desired outcome is achieved.
We had a huge number of orders to import from a diversity of sources. This could've been a huge headache with lots of opportunities for mistakes, but EZ Importer made quick work of it, and Ralph was *exceptional in his support, even creating the first mapping for us and explaining each step and potential 'gotchas' along the way. His responses were always clear, articulate and thorough — and incredibly fast! No brainer to use this for our imports going forward. Great software, great support.

I used EZ Importer to import over 1000 orders into Shopify. The data mapping is a little tricky, but the app allows you to run as many tests as you need in order to make sure everything is perfect. Once I got the hang of the data mapping, everything worked like a charm! Customer service is very responsive as well!
