I am just starting to use the app but so far I am genuinely pleased with the customer service! Arpit has been so helpful in explaining what I need to do and walked me through step by step. We have spoken through a live internet call and using WhatsApp. It has been wonderful. He is super patient considering I am still very new to eComm and helping me navigate my way through setup. Excellent customer service - cannot say it enough, as it is rare to find these days!

It was a little hard for me to use at first, but the support has been incredibly helpful and ultimately turned out to be more straightforward, easier to use, and better supported than the native FB and IG integrations that Shopify shows.

I had a hard time with adding a feed to upload my products to Facebook but when I found this app it fixed my problem. It is very easy to use and I can't wait to setup my Instagram feed. I had a question and contacted support and they were very quick to answer my question and now everything is working great!!

I am generally very happy with Shopify’s Facebook commerce app. This app does its job in syncing our Facebook orders to Shopify. The app is easy to work with and everything is self-explanatory, you do not need to be an expert of some sort. You can use different pictures, descriptions, titles on Facebook listings, yet still sync inventory, price and also order syncing tracking numbers back to Facebook. However, changes directly in the Facebook Commerce page is a no go, you need to make changes in the app itself to make sure that it will get synced with the orders and products in Facebook, for example if using a different title on your Facebook listing than on Shopify, then this will break the link between listings on Facebook and Shopify, and then you will need to manually go through and map the listings back to Shopify. The app still needs more work as far just keeping listings in sync, but it does its job well in syncing orders back in forth when the link is not broken if you change the title. Glad to be using this app with 5 star review!
