I just spoke with Tracy from the support team. I asked a question about sharing events with facebook. She helped me very well. Sje even noticed a few problems that I hadn't noticed and fixed them all very quickly. I was very satisfied with both the omega multi pixel program and the support team. They are very professional. I'm so fortunate to find Two Owls Facebook multi Pixels. The platform is easy to use and provides great insights into my campaigns. What stands out most to me is the great support I've received from Ms Stella. She is always available to answer questions and help guide me through the process. This is first time i use the Facebook conversion API, it's much more complicated than i thought. Our pixel didn't work at first, then i contacted the customer service team to help me. They actually replied me SO FAST and help me out. The second time, we're trying to release a new landing page and it shown error on our website. We have to close the multi pixel so that we can release the new web page. That means we can not track the facebook purchase data. So i contacted with them again( His name is Ngoc, a very nice person). We solved the problem with his patience. A very nice app and customer service team!

I have a pixel issue, I tried to search the answer, but didn't work, then this app developer kaylee help me alot, spend her few hours to solve my issue, now it has been fixed, thank you for the help
