I've never dealt with such a caring team. Got deduplicate issue with the shopify pixel integration, and neither shopify nor facebook could help fix my pixel issue, that lead to a huge drop in performance. The team at Omega literally treated me as if I was their only customer. Opening tickets with facebook to test step by step every possible scenario that could go wrong. Being patient for a long time testing and fixing accordingly till everything went back to normal finally. Weather it is their customer rep or their developers, I am honestly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

Omega is a great app, the pixel tracking is very accurate and it the dashboard shows clear results and statistics. Been using it for a while now and experienced great support from the Omega team!
I had encountered some issues with tracking of my ad to cart and content view. I contacted Omega and i got help within the same day.
Got helped by Tracy, very kind an helpfull person that resolved my tracking issues that i had encountered. Reaction speed was really fast, i had personal contact with her.
She took the time to dive into my account, did some editing in the background and in the app in my store and my issues got resolved in no time.
All with all, great app, great team, will be using it for a long time!

I tried many pixels apps but this one was easy to setup and it deduplicated all events, (there is no extra events). you can easily test all of them and see, very straight forward.
after I tested many other app I trashed my shopify with extra codes that conflicts the omega. they have support 24/7 but I required the team dev that sorted everything out. Joyce contacted us and she resolved all codes conflicts in in a few minutes. very appreciated
