I encountered some problems, and customer service team is really prompt in giving solution to me, the app overall is quite useful and easy to use, thumbs up to the team and keep the good work!

Muy buena aplicación, el servicio al cliente me sorprendió, muy eficiente. Me ayudaron con un cambio en la traducción dentro de la app, de manera fácil y en muy poco tiempo. Quedo muy agradecido y les deseo mucho éxito con la aplicación por que hacen un gran trabajo.

Support never reply to any query, it slowed down my page speed a lot. Tried to contact support nut never received a reply from them.

The 'help' button which this installs in the bottom right hand corner of the screen randomly redirects to this very app download page. A strange thing to think that customers would be clicking on it for queries about my site, only to be redirected here. Reached out twice to them and they never responded. Will uninstall.

One button to literally solve all your customer touch points - from FAQ, to be able to direct chats on whatsapp to check order status. This is reducing manual effort by almost 50%. Also my team had an amazing support from the oneprime team. Sachin helped us almost instantly for lot of good custom solution. You should definitely reach out to them for customized solutions. The dashboard may look a little basic but trust me when you speak with their support they can do whole lot of things to help you as per your business requirements.

Great app, really easy to set up with a lot of the Q's and A's pre-filled. Is it possible to have the FAQs as a link in the footer?
