The app its perfect, i havent expect to be on this level, but i give you 4 stars because i wold like to add more Languages, i'm from romania and i have my whole site in Romanian exept the Help center.

Great app. I would have given 5 stars if we were able to add our own questions in place of the stock ones we don’t need.

I like the all in one aspect of this app ! However just few things to enhance after a quick first look : -Changing the buttons color is not possible (for the Tracking or Contact us) only the background of the page.
-FAQ : instead of opening a new page when clicking on a question, it would be great that the answer would just be visible below the question after the click.
-Faqprime logo on every page is a bummer.

The App is awesome, but only 25 question can be added. We have heard this will take a month to increase this amount. We are going to wait.

I used this app but I want to change the URL from /pages/faqs to /pages/faq. I dont like the s that is at the end.
