This is the best FAQ's app you can download, super easy to use and personalize, free plan has already everything you need, and if you need more, you just have to pay i think 4 dollars which is absolutely a good price for what this app offers. LOVE IT.
Great app and great support.
I needed to easily embed YouTube videos into my collapsible rows on my FAQ page, but my Theme wasn’t allowing this without quite a bit of coding.
Problem solved quickly with this app!
This app is spectacularly organized and easy to set up. Whether you have 5 questions or 500 - It is so clear and easy to navigate for the end user, with so many customizations for us shop owners. I love it - very well thought out! Incredibly responsive developer. My highest recommendation!!
We've had this app for over 2.5 years and have a LOT of FAQs. We just had an issue where we realised it wasn't displaying on mobile properly. Support responded and fixed it for us within 24 hours. It was due to us upgrading to 2.0 and not realising this app wasn't working on mobile with our theme. Great service and great app. Definitely recommend the app and excellent support.
This app is excellent. It is extremely well thought out with lots of ways to customize how it looks built into it - colors, background colors, formatting, etc. Plus you can reorder and the Search with keywords is excellent.
I had a very minor issue with using custom CSS to match our site, so I reached out to the developer. She was very quick to respond and fixed it perfectly and followed up to ensure it was correct.
Very impressive and highly recommended.
This is a great app and Bhushan responds to messages very quickly, which I appreciate very much. I'm eager to see a way to index faq as distinct URLs so it's possible to send a specific link to customers via email (instead of giving them the FAQ URL and asking them to type of the keyword search to find the longer). I'm the first person to ask for this feature, so it's not on the list of scheduled updates -- if anyone else has ever needed such a feature, please ask and maybe it will be built :)

When choosing an option for my website, there were so many FAQ pages to pick from. I am so glad that after some research I chose the HelpLab FAQ Page app. It was very easy to set up, and I love that I will also be able to add it to my product and check out pages as well.
I am still very new at this, and had a couple questions in the process and Bhushan replied very quickly, and helped solve the problem right away.

I had a few problems trying to install this app at first, (problems with my computer, not with the app), so I contacted the developer for assistance. I have to say that his level of support was truly exceptional! He answered all of my emails within minutes and didn't stop helping until we'd resolved the issue. I've not often experienced technical support as good as this so I felt it was worth mentioning.
Regarding the app, it does everything I need from an FAQ page, easy to set up, easy to try out different colour combinations etc. and intuitive to use. I can definitely recommend.

amazing app, a little difficult when first trying to set up so I do recommend making a clearer guided tutorial for how to do that and a step-by-step process for new users.
