FBP | Fast Bundle & Upsell App

There have been a few hiccups (like when FB didn't immediately support Shopify's extension to 250 variants) and when they were uninstalled for security issues. But overall the app is great, and does what it is supposed to. Customer service is very responsive, especially Louis, and we have been able to resolve any issues quickly.

I tried another bundle app first, and it was a nightmare. The setup was complicated, and I found the app very unintuitive and difficult to navigate. Then I found FBP, and it was a completely different experience! It was extremely easy to set up and use. When I did have questions, Ian was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I’m so glad I made the switch to FBP!

Fast Bundle has been a great app for our store, and the support is outstanding.

We ran into an issue where clicking the Add to Cart button didn't open our UpCart cart drawer, and after several clicks, all the products would be added to the cart at once. Ian quickly identified that it was an integration issue between Fast Bundle and our third-party cart drawer, made the necessary adjustments, and had everything working perfectly within minutes.

I've implemented Fast Bundle for a couple of companies I've worked for now and it is the only bundling app I will use. The customer service is great, both Sara and Sophie have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything just works and have even pushed through non standard UX changes for us.
