We’ve been using ByteStand for many years to automatically connect our Amazon Canada account to our Shopify eCommerce store. ByteStand reliably sends Shopify orders to Amazon for MCF fulfillment, providing live Amazon shipping costs on Shopify checkout with real time shipping estimates. The app is well-supported; and believe-it-or-not, the ByteStand customer service is human, US based, and responsive!
ByteStand is helping send USA orders to Amazon MCF automatically, syncing 300 products FBA inventory from Amazon to Shopify, and providing real time shipping costs to customer on Shopify, not to mention the real human customer support that always helped over video calls.
We’ve been using ByteStand MCF since 2022 to route our EU (Germany) orders to Amazon for fulfillment, and it has been extremely reliable. The Rules feature gives us great control over whether orders go to Amazon or our 3PL, and the Order Delay feature is very helpful for automation. Plus, their support team is always responsive and helpful.
What an excellent customer service! We are using ByteStand MCF Shipping to ship Amazon stored inventory to Shopify customers, without the customers knowing Amazon is involved. ByteStand is connected to Amazon USA allowing calculated shipping rates to populate on Shopify Checkout, blocking amazon logistics, and Amazon packaging from being used, and also syncing inventory from Amazon into Shopify. Plus, Cara with their support team is real and US based!

The deets: ByteStand is helping me automatically send US Shopify orders to Amazon for MCF including imported TikTok orders. The free features like order delay and shipping rules are helping ensure specific orders aren't forwarded to Amazon and I have time to edit orders before they are sent to Amazon.
Also WOW their support is unreal - I got a real person (Cara) and she did an amazing job helping me with some complicated problems. I highly recommend you work with Bytestand. 5/5!
ByteStand works really well for our setup.
It automatically sends our Germany and UK orders to Amazon for MCF fulfillment, including subscription and upsell orders, which saves a lot of manual work. The Virtual Bundle feature also makes it easy to map product bundles.
Inventory syncing is smooth too - FBA quantities are updated in Shopify automatically.
