We're a small $40 p/m customer for ByteStand's app, yet they went out of their way to help configure our Shopify store to automate fulfilment of our Website orders using our Amazon FBA stock. Once you understand how their app works, it's real neat and totally removed our Shopify + FBA integration headache... Highly recommend....
very useful app especially you are scaling. in addition to the app's outstanding functionality, cara is maybe one of the best customer service I've ever had for a very long time. she's knowledgeable about the problems and solutions, she listens to my situations, and provides really helpful advices.
This app should probably get a five star rating but I had a very difficult time setting it up and getting it to work which is probably more to do with my lack of knowledge than the function of the app itself.
With that said I am just a normal guy who lives at the beach and spends more time surfing than in front of a computer and the helpful staff at ByteStand were able to get me up and running.
I couldn't have been able to get this setup without the great staff at ByteStand and gold standard of service from Shopify.
The app is fairly easy to install and configure. Once setup it works without much management at all. Our store uses subscriptions where orders are generated automatically by a third-party app and I had some trouble figuring out how to configure this. I chatted support and got in touch with Cara right away. She immediately knew exactly which settings to change to solve my issue (less than 5 minutes and we were syncing subscription orders)! Thanks Cara!
I am using this app to ship products from my Amazon FBA warehouse in Europe. So far works quite well. Also, these guys have fantastic customer support! Especially grateful to Cara for providing detailed video explanations on how to set up the app properly! Really well done!!
I can not recommend the app and especially the service provided. We have a running shop and implemented the app. First we never, after several tries got a full setup from the guys. We asked them several times for a detailed documentation about the linking. They couldnt provide and just showed us one crappy video. Then we had some extended requirements about EU wide shipping and different charges. Its not supported. If you sell FBA and FBM you will get in a lot of trouble. Then we deleted the app and all the settings were broken. Just a big mess up. Just to let everyone know. Its a very crucial process with the app and the support is really bad. Thats a reason I wouldnt go for these guys. How can you offer something like this and not even provide a complete documentation for a setup?! Thats in no way professional. And then you get one reply every day. Good luck to get this running.
This might be the most illogical review we've ever received as our app was working perfectly on this store!! And this customer knew the app was working fine. So no idea why we got a bad review!

There's a scene in Breaking Bad when Walter White and Jesse elevate their hustle to the next level; they go from pushing "units" one by one to wholesaling in bulk with the help of Gus Fringe. Using ByteStand is a lot similar. Why spend every day pushing individual orders when you could just send an entire batch to Amazon.
