PH Ship Rate & Track for FedEx has one of the best support groups you will ever find. We have a Shopify store that uses PH Ship Rate and for a number of years, we have had no problems. Recently problems occurred. We contacted the support group and in only hours they fixed the problem.

Sibi answered all my questions and more. He even fixed a few issues we had with shipping internationally! If you aren't using this app, you should! It's amazing!

We have been using this app for a few years, works great connecting our existing FedEx account to use in Shopify. All of a sudden it stopped working, customer support was immediate and helpful. As it turns out, the problem was not with PH Ship, it was our fault: we had changed items in the store, but the item was purchased by the customer before the change, so shipping had to be manual. Not sure I would have figured out without PH's customer support.
