We were excited to negotiate really great rates with FedEx with their One Rate program, but were disappointed when the Shopify Built-in FedEx integration showed shipping rates to our customers that were not competitive. Using this app allowed us to fine-tune the settings to allow us to show FedEx 2-Day One Rate prices so our customers would more likely consider that as their preferred method for delivery.
We had some small issues with setup fixed pricing but their support team especially Addina was great about helping us out!

Integrated FedEx into Shopify well. So far so good. Support did a Zoom call to show me steps and make sure I knew how to process my orders correctly.

The plugin itself does everything we need it to do, especially since we use One Rate, and it was recommended to us by our FedEx sales rep based on their clients' feedback.
