I needed to change the primary account. It would have been nice if I could modify it myself, but I couldn't. So I sent an e-mail because I needed help. The customer support was really kind and responded quickly. It was amazing to get a quick resolution. Thank you so much!!

Had an issue and App developers followed up with my concerns and addressed in a timely manner. Would recommend this app for anyone with Shipping multiple orders at a time . It makes it much easier for someone in a warehouse setting to print, pack , and ship orders our easier and faster. There are many features than make this app unique. we are able to ship our products out with accurate shipping rates to customers and manage that imformation in the app. Highly Recommend.

Customer service was fast and able to handle the issue I had with Rates
So far so good. We haven't used the app/plug in long but from what we have We are finding it easy to use, great functionality, and the support has been attentive to actually help with the set up and properly adjusting the settings to the particular needs of our store.
Sibi has been extremely helpful. He has answered my questions and gone above and beyond to provide excellent service.
