I signed up with OneCommerce today because I have been having consistent issues within my Shopify Store and connecting with FB & Google Merchant. It has been extremely frustrating. Once I connected to OneCommerce I instantly received a chat from Ocean. She made everything fit into place and so simple. It took me days to go around in circles and with no resolution. Once I connected to Ocean she got everything into place for me, was so kind, so patient! She really made a very frustrating situation into a very happy one! I could not recommend this app more..! Their customer service is the best I have had in any app or shop or industry. They answer within the same day or maximum the next. And they go through with you every step, asking you to provide screenshots to help check that everything on your side is perfect and that you understand. They also go beyond an check every other little thing to make sure that you are using the app to its full potential. I am very happy with their customer service. I would not use any other application to handle my feeds to Facebook and Google shop. This APP should be the first thing you add when starting an ecom business. I had an issue right in the middle of the night and post a message in the chat box. Ocean came to life and got me out of a pickle. She even did some of the work for me just to be sure it was working.
