I really love this app because it's simple to use and very efficient ! And whenever I have a problem I can reach to its owner who is always happy to help and very quick to find an easy solution ! First time I'm building a website by myself, I will surely use this app again for the next ones. Don't hesitate to try it out !

Great, affordable app! Very clear for both the business owner to use as well as for the customer who's buying the digital product.
I wanted our customers to only receive 1 email with both the order confirmation and the download button. At first, it wasn't possible to disable the mail sent by Filemonk so I reached out to Kartik. He updated his app in a day, to cater to our needs. On top of that he provided me with a new piece of coding that I could add to the Shopify order confirmation mail which would show an eye catching download button and would get the customer in the Filemonk flow.
For someone who's in online business but is not a web developer, this kind of support is GOLD!

I had an issue uploading a large file (7gb) so I contacted the Filemonk support team and they we're extremely helpful and even uploaded the file for me. There aren't many free apps that support that file size so I'm glad I found this one!
This has been by far one of the better Apps for my shopify store. most everything about it is easy to navigate the customers receive the product instantly and I don't have to worry about constant babysitting of the App.
