Filemonk is a good supplier for digital products, never had a problem. If youre having troubles setting it up, feel free to ask the support. This is the best digital products app on Shopify.
First of all, it's one of the only apps I could find that allows an external link to digital products rather than a downloadable file. My digital products are already hosted online, so there is nothing to download, but Filemonk lets me use the download button as a link. (Other apps always require you to upload a file). The button appears on thank you pages and in an email. And customers can always revisit the order page where their digital products are listed. Perfect.
Also, they have excellent support. Sneha and Anaam dealt with all my questions within minutes. At one point I even asked to adjust a feature and it was implemented by the developers the next day.
The pricing is affordable and they are generous with discounts. The feature ideas forum tab is a good sign that they listen to feature requests.
I highly recommend Filemonk!
