購入後にお客様へ送信される「サンクスメール」と、ダウンロードリンク付きの「ダウンロードメール」が別々に届く仕組みになっており、これがデフォルトではスパムメールに振り分けられることもあり、対応が少し手間でした。
しかし、こちらもカスタマイズが可能で、DNSレコードを変更することで独自ドメインのメールアドレスへ対応できるようになりました。DNSレコードの設定は一見難しそうでしたが、カスタマーサポートの方々が非常に優秀で、日本語でのチャット対応もスムーズ。2日間にわたって丁寧にサポートしていただき、問題なく設定を完了できました。
アプリ自体の機能の素晴らしさだけでなく、サポート体制の手厚さにも驚かされました。デジタルコンテンツ販売が初めての方でも、安心して運営をスタートできるサポートが整っています。安心して導入をおすすめできるサービスです！
Had some trouble with customers getting my emails and getting access to my ebook. Contacted support and after giving them access to my shop they did everything for me, inputed all the info I needed, and resolved the ongoing issues I had! Now everything works perfect.
