I really like this app, it's fairly priced, works reliably, when I've reached out to support they've been helpful.
The downside for me is I really want to see an API built so I can automate the upload of my items, the CSV method just doesn't doesn't cut it. I've asked a few times but the response has been lukewarm.
Ultimately because of this I think I will end up having to develop something in house that meets my needs as I spend more time uploading files than I do on any other aspect of onboarding a new item.
Filemonk has been great. In over 1400 deliveries of digital products, maybe 3 weren't delivered. So, that's a 99.7+%. Honestly, it's probably closer to 100%

This app has been pretty straight forward to set up, and help has been great. Chat was very responsive, and I was able to get help from someone on a Sunday and the issue was resolved quickly. I recommend this as a great digital download solution, especially for smaller businesses just getting started.
