We’ve been using FileMonk for around a year now. The support team has been excellent. We recently required an enhancement to support EU digital sales and they implemented the feature in only a couple of days. We tried several other digital sales apps and decided on this on based on feature set, cost and responsiveness of the dev team.
Been using Filemonk for a few years now, and its worth every cent. Easy to use interface, both for the customer and store owner. Very satisfied! If you are a digital store owner that is looking for a reliable app for your products, look no further.
I moved to Filemonk from a very low-rated competitor who raised their prices over 700%. The app works flawlessly and the customer service has been wonderful. Highly recommend Filemonk for digital downloads!
I’ve been using Filemonk for a while now for digital downloads on my Shopify store, and honestly it’s been great. It was really easy to set up, and once it was running, everything just worked.
Customers get their files instantly after purchase, which has made the whole process much smoother for us and cut down on support emails. The app is simple to use and does exactly what it’s supposed to do without being complicated.
Also, their support team has been super helpful whenever I had questions. Definitely one of the better Shopify apps I’ve used.
Once you sign up there is no way to cancel.

I wanted to reassure you that Filemonk does not block merchants from cancelling a trial or a paid subscription. You can cancel your subscription, downgrade to our free plan, or uninstall the app at any time.
I also saw that you reached out to our support team, and we shared the steps to cancel your trial. I'm glad we were able to help get that resolved, and I can confirm that your trial was successfully cancelled, so no charges were applied.

I went through 3 different digital delivery apps in two hours, and this is the only one that did everything I wanted. Customer support was immediate and superb. Very happy
Great, free tool and I can link external products so it's just so economical and convenient.
Filemonk has been great. In over 1400 deliveries of digital products, maybe 3 weren't delivered. So, that's a 99.7+%. Honestly, it's probably closer to 100%
I've been happy with Filemonk as the delivery system for my digital products. And they have a responsive tech team.
I really like this app, it's fairly priced, works reliably, when I've reached out to support they've been helpful.
The downside for me is I really want to see an API built so I can automate the upload of my items, the CSV method just doesn't doesn't cut it. I've asked a few times but the response has been lukewarm.
Ultimately because of this I think I will end up having to develop something in house that meets my needs as I spend more time uploading files than I do on any other aspect of onboarding a new item.
I have just started my business and file monk has been extremely useful! Once my shop grows I will definitely start paying for the better plans. 10/10 definitely would recommend using.
