Prarthana answered my questions and provided me with screenshots to help me do what I need to setup my product correctly. She was patient and was eager to provide me with the information. Great job!

This app is very good, I've never had a problem and neither had my clients, also the users support is great!. I've been using Filemonk for a few months now and it's been running quite smoothly. All my initial setup issues were resolved very promptly by their customer service representative Sneha. I needed to view 50 products instead of 20 and they were able to change the default through their back end specially for my requirement. The App does what it says on the tin, managing delivery and downloads of digital products, integrates with Shopify as well as anything can ... well pleased with this.

So far I've been able to set everything up nice and easy, and if I've been unsure on something, I've been able to go on the live chat and recieve instance help which has been amazing, Anaam helped me with a couple of things and gave me great customer service!

I've tried other digital product apps for Shopify, but this one is my favorite. The interface is decently easy to use, and I've had no issues with any of its features. Seems to be doing exactly what it says it'll do. Support is also very responsive and helpful.
