Great, even at the free plan. Works as expected.

I couldn't ask for more. it does what is suppose to do, and it does perfectly.

The App loaded quickly and uploaded my files (Almost 500 products w/ pictures) very quickly, as well. I'm rebuilding my site on my own for the first time and knowing that there was a Free "in house" option to Bakcup & Export my existing files definitely alleviated a lot of stress. Thank you!!!

A very professional file backup tool. The features in the free plan are not restricted, providing an excellent user experience. I'm more than happy to pay for it when needed.

Good for Backup but pay attention - its not restoring. You will have to figure it out by yourself So be alert.

Brilliant little app! i can back up my entire shopify store images... it all downloads to my PC in a zip file and i store them safely should i ever need them. Best of all.. this app is free!

Thanks so much for making an app to do what Shopify should be doing for us as an included part of their platform! Everyone should tell Shopify this is a required functionality they need to implement. In the meantime - I learned about your app via a Shopify support thread, where you posted a comment about your new app created to help us. Thank you!! I downloaded your app, and it has a single button -- "download files." :-) I clicked the button, and it appears that all of my files have been downloaded. I didn't see any missing files when I did a random check. I had 378 files for a total of about 60MB. The download was very quick. Again, thanks for this app! It fills a hole left by Shopify. cheers, c-

Super easy to use. Allowed me to download 10 years worth of files and store offline - before we optimised the media library and removed old content.
