UPDATE: this app is unusable. Sadly it's no longer working with shopify, with shipstation, do not add to your shop.
Used to work so great! no longer integrates with shipstation for return labels, weeks and weeks of no support after multiple outreach attempts.
I like the product, but whoever runs it stopped responding to support requests, the email function broke about 6 months ago and 0 responses, not sure what happened.
No support when having a major technical issue
FlexReturn has improved our returns process significantly. The automatic approval and label generation are fantastic.
A great app but trying to contact for support is impossible. The link to "contact us" doesn't go anywhere.

Easy to install. I needed some help setting up return rules and their customer service team was timely with their response via email.
Overall, agree with other reviewers. It's a great app at a much better price than some of the other market solutions. Our biggest limitation is that the photo upload is limited to 2MB. I'd even be willing to pay for a more expensive plan if the photo upload limit was increased to 6MB each. Modern phones that our customers are using always take photos over 2MB. Requested they make this change and they declined to and said they wouldn't. Missed opportunity from our perspective.
We’re very pleased with Flexreturn. It has streamlined our return process and made it more efficient. The smart return rules allow us to tailor solutions to our customers’ needs, and the automatic features save us a lot of time. It’s an excellent tool for any business.
Terrible app and terrible support. If a customer buys more than one item and wants to return multiple of the same for exchange, the app doesn't allow it. It forces the customer to exchange with multiples of one item. We have told you about it before and you do nothing. Your support staff requests access to our store, but when we give it to you, you do nothing and never contact us again. We have a customer complaint today because of this and are now having to stop our holiday work and find another app to do what your app should already be doing.
