Fondue CashBack Promotions

SO freaking happy to be working with Fondue. We've had our eyes on it for a long time, and onboarding with them did not disappoint. Setup was easy as 1, 2, 3, the platform is super intuitive and easy to use, the customer experience is spotless. Carly was INCREDIBLE at getting us sorted on little questions I had to make sure we understood everything about the product. Overall, I can't wait to see our customers get gift cards & cash back via Fondue. Thank you to everyone at the Fondue team, and especially so to Carly!

Excellent app, and after Beta testing the product for some time, realized it's the perfect solution, especially for us with a high AOV. It converts the same if not better than our prior % pop up, but without sacrificing margin up front, it gives our customers the choice to apply their cash back post-purchase, most of them resulting in gift cards! Would recommend this product to anybody, especially those that are in price comp niches, where discounts play bigger role in determining conversions.

I was very skeptical about trying this initially since we needed to offer a higher cash back value than our initial discount. But wow, I am very glad I did. We did not see any drops in CRs while also saving quite a bit of money (not to mention AOVs went up!). I also love that we can offer gift cards to our customers to incentivize them to come back and purchase again instead of the visa cards.

Also a huge shoutout to Will and the team - they are incredibly responsive and on top of any issues or questions we've run into.

Do yourselves a favor and split test this immediately against your current % off offer - you won't regret it.

Seems like an incredible opportunity to move away from coupon codes. The integration is seamless and easy to setup. Will try this on our pop-ups and come back with a full review. Support was out of this world getting us started. Shout out to the co-founders for personally helping me get started, it's clear you're passionate about this app. I can't wait to see the results!

Great to use for email blasts or pop ups saves a lot of money on discount codes and great guys to work with.

CashBack is awesome. Using it instead of discounts on emails/ads over the summer and seeing the best numbers in years. I almost don't want to post a review so that other brands won't use this, but their team deserves it.

We were hesitant at first, but the team at Fondue fully set up our first A/B test on Attentive and Klaviyo, followed up with us with results, and even created custom walkthroughs to help us take the reigns and set up further A/B tests. The results we have seen have been great so far. Cashback won in a landslide against discounts and promo code. Our AOV is a bit higher and our customers are happy.

I've just installed this app and the founders were extremely helpful. They walked me through getting the app set up and are executing the lead capture integration for my store. Very pleased so far! Looking forward to using the analytics dashboard to measure results once my cash back campaign is live.

Working with the team at Fondue has been great. They have been very responsive to any questions and have helped us optimize our cashback program to see the best results.
