The first time I was using it I completely messed up my page and had to undownload and redownload the app to start all over again. The second time I was still so confused But Hana in the help center was so helpful and patient making the whole experience way less stressful!

Easy to use app - takes only a few minutes to set up. Had a small issue with the font displaying incorrectly due to spacing and after contacting the support, it was fixed promptly (by Hana). Great communication and service.

Helpful service, was a bit confusing to navigate at first, I was also using Firefox and it didn't have certain elements. But google chrome worked. It could be a bit easier but overall great without having to code.

Just tried out the free version and it's so simple to use and the customer support was amazing! Literally less than a minute to get support and then they helped straight away! Super easy, super simple and friendly too! Will be looking to get the subscription for sure!

I really needed a specific font for my website but I didn't wanted to code anything and the only app available and simple to use was Fontify and it works perfectly ! Even when I had an issue they were super reactive and patient and they really helped me ! Thank again Andy and the team !

for an app where everyone who joins wants the 2 font combination they make it super confusing giving too many options to users just have a button which you press which just sets you up with the stars 2 different font combinations

Hana was absolutely AMAZING! Fontify is great but can be a little difficult to navigate sometimes but their customer service team is great. Love the Fontify app! Allows me to use a custom font for my store at a reasonable price and with great customer support. I recently switched to a new theme and Eric provided prompt, effective support in helping me fix a couple areas on the site where the custom font was not displaying properly. He had everything set up perfectly in only a few minutes. Highly recommended!

Eric and Jade have been so helpful is helping me change the fonts on the website so effortlessly. Thank you guys!

This app has saved me hours of coding and the support I received from Anna when I got stuck using the app. She sorted all of my problems on the website.
