Amazing customer service! It took them 2 minutes to answer and 1 minute to find the issue! Thank you for helping! EDIT: I couldn't find a solution to something a Jade was amazing another time, she helped me quickly resolve that! :D EDIT 02: Jade is the best!!!! Super helpful at all time of the day! Update: Anna from the support team reached out and solved my concern with the App setup, and now it works great. Unfortunately, their initial response landed in the spam folder in my e-mail. But overall, great support after the initial glitch. Hope to seamlessly make changes and use the app for my store design.
It's absolutely perfect, you can change any font on your store and customer service is always there to help you, especially Jade! I recommend it a lot!
Initially when I first installed the app it was frustrating to not be able to change all the fonts I had intended to, but I approached the help desk chat and Jade was prompt in her replies and helpful even though I had multiple questions. Thanks for the great service!
I had a few issues at first but after contacting customer support (which was easy), I got a quick response from David and my issue was resolved quickly with explanations and all! Great customer service, great deal an on app, and it elevates your brand that much more!
