I struggled with adding custom fonts. Not only did this help, but the support was super fast and very helpful.
App wrotes fine, like it should. After using the app for almost 2 years a contacted support about the billing. They told me I have been charged to much ($2 each month in stead of just one payment of $10). So I asked for a refund. No respons ever since . Such a shame..
The app is not very intuitive however the customer service is excellent- they will help you customize your fonts in whatever way you need!
Jade was super helpful and prompt, was able to guide me through easily and help me out in the installation of a certain section I needed to apply my font to. She was super lovely to deal with and the issue was fixed within a few seconds!
This app is super user friendly and when I couldn't figure things out, I got amazing help from someone on the customer service team, Jade. They made it very easy for me to customize exactly which fonts I wanted when I changed my theme and had to start over.
Jade was really helpful in assisting me linking my fonts to my shopify store. She helped me make it look exactly how i wanted it :-)
