We have been using Hulk Forms since November in that time there has now been 3 times where their service has failed to notify us of leads. I am not sure what is going on behind the scenes but we need reliable provider. We are looking for other providers and we do like Hulk forms but we need reliability.
This app is constantly 'experiencing issues'. I've been using it for a year now, and I've missed multiple sales because of an ongoing issue with the app not sending notifications when a form is submitted. Would not recommend.
Slow support, support doesnt help at all with no ETA. it's been about 4-5 days and app doesn't work. Built a contact us page but when submit no message saying it's submitted and it's not coming through. I don't know what developers are doing but they need to do better...
The app is currently down, no report whatsoever from Hulk, customers are angry.

App stopped working. Can no longer access any of our webforms. Tried going in today and it is loading super slow (keep in mind no other app is performing like this). All I see is an icon of a man with a jet pack (guessing their loading icon) but I cannot access any of the webforms. Its as if we are locked out.

Terrible app, so laggy and inaccurate data!
Once I chose a form it started to be so laggy and I couldn't access the customer submissions.
Also, I paid extra fees to get my data through integrated Google sheet, it's delayed for days to be synced.
I started to search for an alternative already.

This app does not integrate with Help Scout. We used this app to build a form that would submit a response to a Gmail inbox. From that Gmail inbox, it was to be forward to Help Scout. However, Google blocks this app from forwarding emails from going anywhere. Not worth the time/stress.
