I needed a simple account registration form to set up customers in Shopify. This looked perfect but wouldn't actually set up customers. I requested support twice and after about 10 days I could see they were testing, but another two weeks later the issue was not resolved and I still have not received any communication from them regarding the problem or a possible solution.
So I found a better app elsewhere.

Horrible app! Couldn't figure out how to remove "Hulk Form" branding from anything, even with the premium version. Support was the worst I've ever used in my life, with all questions being handled by a bot. Now I have to switch apps and rebuild all of my forms from scratch. Don't waste your time!

Need a save button on your app. And when I click on an element that is "required" for the form, like a customer's name, that shouldn't mean I'm required to fill out the form to publish it. Glitchy, I guess? Lost 2 forms and wasted hours of my time. Ridiculous.
I will say it was fairly easy to use and had all the elements I needed to build a great registration form, but if you can't save or publish it - what's the point? Hope to see you correct these issues. Disappointed.
Please reach out to our team at support@hulkcode.com. Our team will clear your confusion. You can now save your form in Draft while you prepare, and it is mandatory to give your element a name. Empty/unused elements will not let you save your form.
It's better if you allow us to create a form on your behalf. We don't want to waste your time at all.

Asked for a form to be set up, and after a few days of chatting, no forms we set up. Not an easy app to use for complex forms.

After spending almost 2 days to prepare the forms we needed, we saw that the way the forms look on page are so tiny that the customer needs to scroll tens of times to get to the bottom of the form.
We also submitted some forms in order to see if we receive them but none has been shown to be filled or none of them were also sent to our e-mail that we provided in the form setup page.
Total scam. Waste of our precious time. Don't use their products.
We apologize for causing frustration. It would be better if you let us handle the form on our behalf. Our team of experts will gladly take care of your needs if you choose to use our app again.

Elle n'est pas multilingue et impossible à traduire avec une application de traduction tierce, et la version gratuite ne permet pas de modifier les JS avancés, de coup les phrases du backend restent en anglais par défaut.
Et le service clientèle met beaucoup de temps à répondre.

I spent 5 hours editing a form. I discovered a few things.
1. This is NOT an order form, it is a survey builder.
2. One wrong move and you have massive amounts of not-user-friendly editing. Lots and lots and lots of scrolling and copying and pasting to edit your mistake.
3. Little to no tutorial on how to create a form.
4. When the form is put in your shop, it is a tiny little space, and there is no amount of advanced CSS to make it bigger.
I will be going back to my original idea of making a pdf and having my customers use that method.

Listed and promoted as a free app. Once Downloaded they ask for you to upgrade to complete the form. Crappy Crappy stuff guys. we are tired of fake sale and advertising pitches WHERE ARE THE HONEST BUSINESS NOW DAYS!

Don't waste your time. This app is glitchy at best and horrific at worst. It doesn't work at all the way you envision. They need some better engineers.
