Great app to use and excellent customer.
This app is amazing for all types of forms. I used it on my website for sign up ups, interest forms, and surveys. Literally 3 pages of forms and I have no issues at all, just great results and easy to use forms. On top of that, they are easy to design so that they can match the website layout.
The forms are easy to build for various needs and style to match my brand. When I had problems their support team was prompt and very helpful. I've used them with previous websites and the forms work!
