The basic app is just perfect for those that need to build forms for their Shopify store.
If you need any custom work, be sure to reach out to hulkcode. They helped us make our amazing inquire page exactly how we wanted it! The price was very reasonable and the response time was superb.
Their ongoing support is just amazing and one of the best around. For no additional cost, they have helped us tweak our installation to just get it perfect for our needs. This is a great form app for Shopify! Easy to use and very intuitive. You can create sophisticated forms with drop downs, radio buttons, and multiple choice. Easy autoresponder integration. Easy to adjust look and feel. I can't believe its free. Thank you HulkApps!

Thank you so much for this app! Since Shopify does not provide any preorder option without the customer having to pay in advance this app was the only good alternative that we found after searching for a long time. The Pro Plan is totally worth it. The only thing we are missing (or not finding) is a mass change function for changing multiple forms at the same time. And maybe a better translation for German but with a bit creativity we are able to understand the language quite good! xD The support is also really fast in helping out when we are struggling with something.
