I was having trouble creating a form and I was able to get assistance for free.
Super easy to set up and works perfectly with my Shopify store. Had a small issue, but support fixed it within minutes. Highly recommend!

Best form-making application, created the form in 2 minutes with just three steps. Also, customer support provided custom CSS to match theme color.
A very good app for different types of forms. I love that they have a free plan too. As a non profit organization that's very helpful. Also the customer service is very good. If you face any problems they help you with it. My only complaint is that there's no export option on free plan. But I understand it but as a non profit organization you want to save money where you can save it.
